A True American Lager
5% ABV | 11.1 IBU
Brite, high effervescence, low mouthfeel, low bitterness. Bready malt character, notes of corn present. Mild floral hop character.
TAHOE PILZ
Bohemian (Czech) Pilsner
5.3% ABV | 25.3 IBU
Brite, high effervescence, medium mouthfeel, low- to mid-bitterness. Malt provides notes of bread and honey. Balanced bitter backbone. Classic noble hop character, earthy, and floral.
TAHOE IPA
A West Coast IPA
6% ABV | 45 IBU
Clear, medium effervescence, medium mouthfeel, high bitterness. Pale malt and yeast character is negligible. Dank hop character, pine, resin, brite citrus.
